How often have many of us had to return from fishing with an extremely meager catch? Or when something very necessary right here and now ran out while fishing? We will now tell you about one of them, the Nara fishing farm. Back in 1932, at this place, in the Odintsovo district of the Moscow Region, along the Nara cascade of ponds, the first carp fish farm in the RSFSR “Nara” was opened, and now its direct successor is called the Nara Islands Fish Farm LLC. Reservoirs "Mint" (5,6) belong to the area of the same name, the average depth of the pond does not exceed 2.5 meters; the artificially poured sandy shore contributes to the constant saturation of the water with oxygen, which has a beneficial effect on the health of the fish living here.
The coastal area is equipped with various bridges and pedestrian areas, the approaches to the lake are cleared and present no difficulties, and gazebos with barbecues and cozy summer houses are located along the perimeter.
The cost of entry to the pond is 1,600 rubles per day per person, and the average norm for caught fish ranges from - 7.5 to 15 kg.

The fauna living in the reservoir varies from trout to crucian carp. You can also find ruffs, pikes, roaches and tench there. And of course, the historical “inhabitant” of the Nara fish farm – table carp.
Pond "Triangle"
“Triangle” refers to the Dyutkovsky site, all of whose reservoirs (“Predator”, “Trout”, 8, 9, in addition to “Triangle”) are considered elite.
This lake has a limited number of spots, but can be fished year-round. From the infrastructure of the lake, one can note the proximity to guest houses and tackle shops. Also, the ponds of the Dyutkovsky site are equipped with guarded parking lots.
The cost of an entrance ticket to the pond is 1,600 rubles for 1 daylight, with the established catch limit being 7 kg.

Pond "Dyutkovo" (Nara)
The Nara pond is perhaps the most popular in the entire fish farm, despite the highest entrance ticket price - 2,500 rubles per daylight hours!
It is the oldest in the entire complex, because it was opened at the very beginning of the existence of the Nara fish farm, which is how it earned its name.

In this reservoir, as in the reference one, you can find mainly carp weighing from 1.2 kg and medium-sized trout! Everyone who has ever fished on this lake is satisfied with the fishing results!
Pond "Asakovo"
The Asakovsky section is the most budget-friendly in the entire complex - the price of an entrance ticket to the most expensive reservoir (Asakovo) is 600 rubles per day!
The entire complex of ponds in this area is not deep, from 1 to 2 meters, a huge lake with a clean grassy shore, ideal for outdoor recreation. Nearby there is a tackle shop and a small outdoor cafe.
As a pleasant bonus, the administration does not prohibit driving your own vehicle to this lake, however, there are no parking lots next to it, which, of course, is compensated by the low cost of the entrance ticket. Also, for pensioners on these sites there are discounts - 50% of the initial cost.
Pond fish
In this lake you can find various “local” fish: crucian carp, ruffe, roach, pike and perch!
As you can see, the fauna is diverse.
Prices
Entrance is paid, as they take care of the arrangement of the ponds. Repairing bridges and gazebos. They feed the fish so that it has time to grow. After all, every weekend many people come here who want to catch as much as possible. But the cost is different at each reservoir. But it’s actually possible to find a fishing spot that’s relatively cheap.
According to price tariffs for 2021, the following prices are set:
- Mint – 1600 rubles per day:
- Nara (Dyutkovsky) – 2500 rubles per day
- Chasovaya Pond on the territory of the Dyutkovsky site - 250 rudders per hour.
- Asakovsky - only 600 rubles. The price reduction for the holiday is provided only for pensioners; their ticket will cost half as much. That is, 300 rubles.
- The cheapest pond is Sofinsky - costs 100 rubles per day.
- To borrow a gazebo during daylight hours , you also need to pay 1,200 rubles.
To relax on the Dyutkovsky site without fishing, a guest ticket is provided. Its cost is 3 hundred rubles.
As for the catch rate, the situation on the ponds is as follows:
- For the most popular site “Mint” this catch rate is 10 kg.
- For the Predator – 7 kg.
- Nara - norm 8 kg.
The fee for “busting” is 200 rubles per 1 kg. This is normal for paid fishing bases in the Moscow region.

Features of fishing at the Nara Ponds
From the peculiarities of fishing on “Nary”, you can notice that not all lakes are open all year round; some have access only during specified months, namely:
- “Mint” - here fishing is allowed all year round and, what is very important, the summer and winter rates differ; As a rule, in winter the price tag is 3-4 times less, but it is not fixed and changes every year. In winter 2016 – 300 rubles.
- “Triangle” is an elite lake that is open all year round, but places on it are limited for the sake of the comfort of fishermen.
- The “Asakovsky” site, as the largest in the entire fish farm, is open all year round, is perfect for families with children and has a low cost - 600 rubles per day, as of summer 2016, and in winter the price does not exceed 200 rubles!
- “Dyutkovo” (“NARA”) - alas, this lake is open for fishing only from July to September, and the reason for this is that this reservoir is part of the production zone of the entire fish farm. Fishing here is rightfully considered elite.

“The Fisherman’s House” is a two-story cottage, equipped with everything necessary and suitable for living for 8 people! Near the house there is a terrace for a large company, which can easily accommodate 12 people, and is equipped with barbecues!

Reviews about fishing at Nara Ponds
I first went fishing on Narskie back in 2011; in those days, even under the previous owners, the coastal area left much to be desired. Everything was dirty, there were a catastrophic shortage of trash cans! However, now, the new administration has changed the rules, the areas are constantly being cleaned, clean and tidy. It’s very nice to have the opportunity to stay overnight; we’ve used it more than once with friends. The only thing that hasn't changed since my first visit here is the fish. There's a lot of it. There really is a lot of it! My personal record on “Mint” is 24 kg of total fish weight! I recommend it to everyone, great place! Grade:

I remember that I first went to the Nara fish farm back in the mid-70s, then they let us in only through great connections. And now it is possible to travel there permanently and quite legally. As a pensioner, I also have a discount on access to the ponds, which makes me very happy, thanks to the new administration. The catches there are excellent, the best bite is at dawn and before 12 noon, after which it’s not at all the same. I recommend everyone to go fishing there at least once! Grade:

For a long time my friends tried to persuade me to go on a paid fishing trip, but I always refused. I just couldn’t understand, well, what’s the point of paying money for something that you can get absolutely free in any river? They all persuaded me to do so; upon arrival I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and well-groomed conditions; it somehow didn’t fit into my head that a former fish farm could have such order. I would like to express my gratitude for the service; we arrived at 5 am, but were immediately able to pay for our tickets and settle down on the shore. Literally 5-10 minutes after casting I pulled out the first carp, honestly, there was no limit to my surprise. As a result, I caught 14 kg for the whole day! Unfortunately, the norm (as I understand it) is 10 kg per ticket, so for 4 kg I had to pay an additional 800 rubles, although, to be honest, I don’t regret such excellent fish at all! Friends, I wish everyone such catches. I hope to visit these ponds more than once!

Pond "Triangle"
This pond is part of the Dyutkovsky complex. The reservoir, which was once formed by a railway embankment, today offers guests elite fishing.
The number of places is small, so many people buy tickets in advance. 24-hour rest is not practiced here.
For their money, voucher holders can count on 7 kg of catch, an individual grill, a gazebo, and a fishing bridge. There are trash cans and restrooms throughout the area. Customers' cars in the parking lot are guarded.
Pond fish
A fairly dense stocking of the pond is ensured by such fish as:
- large (“trophy”) carp;
- sturgeon;
- catfish;
- trout;
- pike;
- crucian carp;
- perch.
Reviews
Anglers describe this pond as a well-stocked place. Many say that they almost always catch the norm, or even more. At the same time, quite large specimens from 0.7 kg to 5 kg come across.
Some fishermen caught silver carp and grass carp on the Triangle. Everyone notes that on this small body of water you need to take a place in advance, or arrive very early, or late, when the early ones have already “fished”.
