You need to cut a small piece from women's nylon stockings, make it like a bag and put the liver pulp there, tie it with a thread on top. This bait can be used on a hairline or carp rig or hooked directly onto a hook (see picture) and there is absolutely no risk that small fish will knock the bait off. The downside is that your bait becomes bulky and you can only catch large fish with it, with the exception of predators.
