  • 750 g crucian or carp caviar;
  • 1 onion;
  • 1 egg;
  • 3 tbsp. flour;
  • 3 tbsp. semolina;
  • ½ tsp. salt;
  • ground black pepper - to taste.

How to cook:

1. Prepare the caviar mass. Remove any films by hand or using a sieve. Place the mixture in a deep bowl and stir until a homogeneous consistency is obtained.

2. Add flour, semolina, salt, pepper and egg. Stir well.

  • carp caviar – 0.5 kilograms,
  • vegetable oil - 100 grams,
  • onions - 2 pieces,
  • lemon juice - about 1 tablespoon,
  • finely ground salt - 35 grams.

The caviar must be carefully removed from the films and placed in a deep container. Cover it with salt and let it sit for at least 6 hours - it’s best to put it in the refrigerator to salt overnight.

Our caviar is salted, but for now the point is, you can calmly spend time on our website and look at photos from our fishing trips. And in the morning we add vegetable oil to the caviar and arm ourselves with a mixer.
