Step 1:

  • salmon bellies - 450 g;
  • water - 2 l;
  • cream (15-20%) - 300 ml;
  • potatoes - 4 tubers;

  • salt;
  • Bay leaf;
  • black peppercorns.

Cut the potatoes into small slices, add to the red fish and cook for another 10 minutes. During this time, you can fry vegetables. Transfer the mixture to the broth and add salt to taste.
