In other words, it is a long but relatively narrow body of water.
The reservoir should be divided into 2 sections:
- The area is lake, located from the limits of the hydroelectric station to the mouth of the Unzha River, which has a width of about 12 km. There is practically no current in this area.
- River section. This area is about 3 km wide and is characterized by the presence of a current.
The depth of the reservoir is 10-20 meters. From Yuryevets to the Volga region the right bank is characterized by a significant steepness. As for the left bank, it is flatter, and there is a forest on the bank. The following fish are found here:
